Youth Camp 2008 Central North COC is inviting the youths to join them in a camp in Dec 2008. Please prepare yourselves early and keep the following dates free so that you can make your way to Perth in December to join other Christian youths at this camp. Peter will also be speaking in a weekend Gospel Meeting and teach/preach in other classes. Pls keep them in your prayers. The Chin family will be worshipping with LAP today. Bro Somu Moses who was baptized on the 5/6/08 during the GM has arrived safely home in India. Pls do continue to pray for his spiritual growth and well-being. 		ADDITION TO THE FAMILY OF GOD We rejoice with Somu Moses from India, as he was added to the Lord's family at Jurong on the 5th June 08. We thank God for this humble soul who has obeyed the gospel. Please pray for his spiritual growth and that he will be guided in his Christian life. Let us get to know him better. REDEDICATION We are touched by the confession of sis Amy Goh last Sunday as she recommitted herself to be a more prepared soul winner for Jesus. Bro Lawrence Law of LAP COC has asked for the prayers of the church that he may make things right with the Lord again. Let’s come together in this new year to invite friends and neighbours to our March Gospel Meeting. Chinese New Year Visitation The YF is organizing a CNY visitation, to those members who have agreed to open their homes, after worship service on the 10th Feb. Cars and drivers are most needed to help out in this event. 1st Annual 4-Seas Lectureship 1st-5th June 2008. Make plans to come and join in a great spiritual feast Baptisms We rejoice with Lay Hoon, wife of bro Davis as she was added to the Lord's family at Jurong on 20/1/08. We thank God for this humble soul who has obeyed the gospel. We also express our appreciation to bro Davis for his positive influence on her. We rejoice with the angels in heaven for Joseph Jeevaratham, who rendered obedience to the gospel also on the 27/1/08. We thank bro Eddy for studying with him. Family Cottage Meeting We would like to thank bro and sis Chin for their hospitality and for opening their home to us. We had a wonderful time of fellowship. March Gospel Meeting The first Gospel Meeting for the year 2008 is set from the 14th thru 16th March. Please mark your calendar and get set for this great event. Bro Patrick Ho and family would like to thank the congregation for the support, encouragement, donations, love and concern shown to him and his family during his father’s illness all the way till his departure. Tracting Tracting sessions will resume on the 1st, 2nd & 5th Sundays of every month at 1.30pm. Every member is encouraged to come and join in the “sowing” effort.
